All right, people, we are live here at the Reagan Library in Sime Valley, California, about

an hour outside of Los Angeles.

That's right.

Dave Rubin has returned to the scene, returned to California, Comic-Cali, and I have to

tell you the place is an absolute dump.

Sime Valley, absolutely beautiful.

The Reagan Library, absolutely beautiful.

I haven't been inside yet, but I've been here before.

That's a truly gorgeous day out, LA itself, which is where we're staying, and we spent

a couple hours this afternoon between the homeless and the grotesque amount of dirt and garbage

on the streets and all that stuff.

You get it, but that's not what I want to really talk about today.

I actually am glad to be here.

Obviously, Republican debate number two is tonight the shadow that I suppose looms large

is that Donald Trump is not here.

Once again, I'll talk a little bit about that in a few minutes, and I kind of want to go

through just some pre-game thoughts on each one of the candidates, kind of what they have

to do if anyone else actually has a chance here and kind of grade what people have done,

what they're going to do going ahead.

Interestingly, so we're doing this really, obviously, all on the fly from the rumble booth

right here, but all of the mainstream media booths, where the only online media booth here,

so this is really the future, right?
