Tell me if this has happened to you. You click on a website or open an app and it asks you,

can we use your data? The yes button big and bright, maybe it's pleasant baby blue with a halo

of white around it. It looks warm and inviting. And then there's the no button tiny gray boring,

is designed this way. We're given options, but apps and websites are designed to make one

Actually, I talked about this in a previous episode, but I signed up for a Walgreens account to

get a vaccine. And then you know, you're automatically subscribed to the newsletter. It's

pretty hard to find out how to unsubscribe. Right. And then it's even harder to unsubscribe from the

account you have to actually call. You know, I signed up for a gym membership online. And then

to cancel it, I actually had to go to the place and person or send them a certified, you know,
