We have a fantastic show for all of you today,

and thanks to the great feedback on the interview I did yesterday with Sally,

and I don't know if you guys had a chance to listen to the whole interview,

but it was a lot of fun.

She sold one of the most expensive houses in the country, let alone in the world, $70 million. So that definitely is a great interview. Yeah, that'll do, right? I know. Can you imagine? I mean, let's say worst case scenario of the commission. Yes, me too. But let's say worst case scenario, the commission was only 2%, you know? That'll still work out, right? Yeah. It'll be okay. By the way, Julie, did you do a quick sift through your email and find that there was a great email we had that we got two days ago? I was hoping that we could read it on today's show. You'll know what it is because you got it as well.

We earmarked it. I know, but just if you can find it, if you can't, we'll just tomorrow's so it's fine. There was a really nice email. Actually, there was one in particular where you'll find it. So guys, as far as your emails, we love them, we read them. It gives us inspiration as far as what you guys want more information on. We've been getting a lot of emails

and comments about you guys wanting to know more about BPO's and things of that nature.

So we're going to be drilling down on that in the next three or four days, next three or four

radio shows, so make sure you tune in and listen. And also, we have been noticing that the number

of listens has been steadily increasing. And based on what we've

seen so far this year, the total listenership per month should double by the end of this year.

So, guys, that's huge because that would be close to 200,000 regular listens. And I really,

really sincerely appreciate that. It tells me that we're on the right path. You know,

it takes a fair amount of work to put these radio shows together for you every day.
