I'm looking at our numbers from yesterday.

Thank you for making all this. There we go. We went up again. We picked up 4,000 listens yesterday. So listen, guys, I want to since, yeah, I know, dude. It's like, okay, here's the actual number, 153,949. Does that make you feel nervous when I tell you that?

No.

I love it.

And a special thank you to our newest roughly 4,000 listeners. So they haven't heard of say thank you

a bunch of times. So extra thank you to all of you new listeners out there. Well, but, okay, so let's

put this in perspective.

There's like supposedly 1.3 million members of the National Association of Raltors. And if you take in all real estate agents, those who are not members of NAR, supposedly there's like 2 million members. And here we are speaking to basically 154,000 or how many more we're going to listen to today. That's pretty amazing. You know, I was talking with one of our new affiliate coaches, Tracy.

I know, I was talking with one of our new affiliate coaches, Tracy. I know Tracy's listening, so hey, Tracy. And she and I were talking about, like, in essence, what's happening in real estate and what's happening in the industry. A lot of folks aren't paying attention, but there's a movement that's starting to take place. And I don't want to take, I don't, I'm not insinuating that Julie and I have created this movement, but I know we're definitely part of it. And I'm, we need to think of a name before it, but I'm going to call it
