Hi, I'm Dave.

I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging just under 21,000 steps a day.

I am walking right now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes or so.

It is a warm morning in South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to be precise.

A little later start for me than typical. Usually I'm out before the sunrise today, a little after the sunrise.

I think we do have a threat, mild threat, with thunderstorm later, but right now skies are generally clear.

The wind, really not that much of a factor.

And once again, it is a beautiful day for a walk.

All right, I do need to clear up the mystery, the snake mystery from yesterday.

You remember me talking about this snake that I saw as I was leaving the house.

It was curled up on the side of the road.

It was white.

I'd never seen a white snake before.

I wasn't sure if it was dead or alive, but because of this thing I had with snakes,

I wasn't going to stand there and poke at it and get the answer to that. So I finished my walk, went back home, walked past where I saw the snake, and it was still there.

It had not moved, so that answered the first question or the second question, whether it was dead or alive.

Oh, my gosh.
