Hey, it's Manouche, and the holidays are nearly here.

Time for eating good food and getting together with the people we love.

But this time of year can also be a painful reminder of the loved ones that we have lost.

And so this week, we're going back to a special episode with author, speaker, and podcaster, Nora McInerney.

She's written extensively about grief and hardship and her own crazy story.

Nora is also so darn funny.

I got to spend an hour with her as she guided us through some of her favorite TED talks,

and she also shared her insights into how to deal with grief, and maybe even laugh about it.
