Hey everybody, it's Manoucheer and as much as I try to avoid it, conflict happens like all the time from work to school to our personal relationships.

Conflict is a part of life.

But sometimes the resolution isn't, you know, I'm right and you're wrong or you win and I lose.

And it's not about compromising either.

Sometimes you need to find another way, get creative and come up with a completely new path forward.

This idea seems particularly relevant given our state of affairs these days.

So we want to bring you this one from the archives. It's one of the team's favorite episodes.
