So, guys, we are going to be picking up where we left off yesterday, and we're going to be talking

about really, I know our title was a little bit, you know, it's about listing properties. I mean,

guys, here's the bottom line. If you're not listing properties, if you're not focusing all your best synergies every day on becoming a listing

agent, you really are missing the whole purpose of being in real estate. You're missing

the whole benefit of being in real estate if you're certainly spending all your efforts on

buyers. You know, to list the last and seven powerful steps, and this is where we're going to pick up today.

So here's a challenge that a lot of you guys have.

And I read your emails, and I have to always remind myself that if you have only been in real estate for 10 years or less,

if you've only been selling residential real estate for 10 years or less,
