themselves that you don't know about.

Talking all about things social media leads us to believe assumptions, offense and just

generally what self-focus will do to us.

I wrote something in my book, God knows, that I think is an important way to start this

conversation today.

It's actually a question that I'm going to pose to all of us as we dive in here.

What if you assumed something that was not true about someone and you wasted a long time

believing it? The reality is that a lot of us do that. We hear something, we think something,

we see something, and it leads us to assume things that we might then even

spend weeks, months, or even years believing about people that in reality is not even true.

And as a result, we can become paranoid and critical because at the core, we are self-focused.

And honestly, we turn inward, which in turn can make us

bitter people. If you heard Wednesday's show, you heard from Philip Yancey, and we talked all
