0:51.8	Lisa, tell us about your farm.
0:55.1	We have been doing this for 16 years.
0:57.6	It started very, very small.
0:59.6	It was just me home with the kids.
1:03.0	It was probably about a quarter acre initially, just to see if it would work.
1:08.7	At this point, we grow about 10 acres of vegetables because we're organic, we also grow.
1:14.6	We keep some of the land in cover crops, so you build the soil and then rotate through
1:19.9	that.
1:21.0	That's about another five acres.
