| 0:55.1 | We have been doing this for 16 years. |
| 0:57.6 | It started very, very small. |
| 0:59.6 | It was just me home with the kids. |
| 1:03.0 | It was probably about a quarter acre initially, just to see if it would work. |
| 1:08.7 | At this point, we grow about 10 acres of vegetables because we're organic, we also grow. |
| 1:14.6 | We keep some of the land in cover crops, so you build the soil and then rotate through |
| 1:19.9 | that. |
| 1:21.0 | That's about another five acres. |
