Hey guy here something a little different today so today I went on to a podcast hosted by my friend Ashley Adamson

It's her podcast. It's called your mom and her co-host is Lisa McCaffrey and the interview, mostly they interview a bunch of moms, famous athletes and high

achievers, that sort of thing. And they also have some other really impressive conversations.

I listen, highly recommend it and Ashley said why

don't you come on you cover the Niners a lot. You can ask Lisa questions that you

think they're like hardcore fans would want to know. They have an episode out as well

coming out soon a mail bag where they answer a bunch of questions

And Lisa talks more about the 49ers there but we got into as much as we could in the time we had it was really fun

It's gonna start if you saw the clip that went

viral this week of Lisa doing an interview with Jeremy Schap in which she tells a

story about a a youth football coach yelling at 14 year old Christian McAfee we're

going to start with that story and I enjoyed it.
