I am not over here saying, listen, I have a three-step program for you to never think or feel about that ever again.

Because that's not how humans work.

And we're humans who have emotions and we have feelings and they are real and they're okay.

But I am saying that when that pops into my head, I don't have to have the narrative and the language that says, Jamie, if you could just get yourself together, you wouldn't deal with this anymore.

Gosh, it is so comforting to talk to my friend today. That's how I feel. One, my throat

feels scratchy. I feel a little out of sorts. Like, I don't feel like a

professional today. Let me just put that out there. I feel like a person who just needs to have a

conversation with a friend. So, I don't know, for better or for worse, that's what you're going to get

I just wanted to say when you said, I feel like having like a real conversation and my throat is out and all the things, I think that that is when just the best thing shows up.
