taking a nice little trip house, how has everything kind of settled for you?

Well, I like about 15 minutes before we sat down to record here, I was in a hot tub. So I'm

feeling a little bit more relaxed and chill. And, uh, Florida will do that to you a little bit.

I'm not, I'm not advocating everything about Florida, to be clear,

but, you know, for a 24-hour detox of bad juju, not bad, not bad. I was going to say that.

I can probably think of worse ways of like trying to get over a really frustrating loss.
