And Boomer reminds us that Dan Campbell's first year where Aaron Glenn was,

they were 0-11 to start his first season.

Obviously, we know what the Lions have done since then,

winning a ton of regular season games, making it to the playoffs.

They did get their ass kicked at home against the commanders this past year,

which was a really bad divisional loss for them. But that aside, I always respond back to

you that, yes, that's what happened with the Lions, but it's because of the drafts and the players

they brought in. It wasn't that Dan Campbell all of a sudden got like some magical potion.

He figured out how to be a great coach.

They drafted the right guys.

So to that point, if you go back to 2021, they drafted Penaiseul and Amunra St. Brown.

There's also one, two, three, four, five, six guys from that draft in 2021 that have played 57 or more NFL games.

That's insane if you look at drafts to have that many guys.

The next year, 2022 might even be more impressive.
