and talk about how the Lions improved to 14 and 2 on the season and finish with an undefeated road record in the regular season in 2024.

14 and 2, the first time the team has ever been 14 wins in a year.

And now you have, I believe, four players on the Detroit Lions who have a thousand yards

from scrimmage, a thousand yards are more from scrimmage.

That's incredible.

And to tap it all off when we had in our

Battle of Jakes between Jake Moody and Jake Bates, Jake Bates, Jake Bates not only was the winner,

but passed Jason Hanson as the all-time point score in a season from Jason Hanson's record

set back in 2012. This was really a battle of everything. I know this meant a lot.

I know there's a lot of consternation coming into this game about will the Lions rest starters

over a meaningless game. Are they really wanting to run themselves ragged when they only have

six days before they play the Minnesota Vikings? Not just for the NFC North title, which has become a fight down to the stretch, but also the number one seed in the NFC.

To that, I say, that probably doesn't matter at all for the Detroit Lions.

They want everything.

They want it all.

This was their fifth game with 40 points and zero turnovers per ESPN stats on the screen in this game.

They were out here and ready to go.

And I don't think there is a point.
