but it is late night for us and we are drinking a mimosa and about to jump into this Q&A. Caroline is coming back on to ask me the question.

So I am going ahead and let her get started because we have a lot of questions to go through.

Hi, we're back. Okay, so I have this long list of questions that your followers are wanting to know.

And Lindsay doesn't know what these questions are.

The first question is that we want to know about the Amber situation.

Okay, so this is a situation that I shared on coffee convos probably two years ago.

I think the episode was dubbed the misfired text.

And over Thanksgiving break, if you guys have been following along both podcasts, my Instagram, you know that things kind of went awry once Jackson got Georgia.

He said at my house for a couple of days and then went to wills and I left for Tennessee on the same day.

And that's when the accident actually occurred on that Tuesday.

And in our parenting plan, it states that any person that is 18 years or older that is going to be around Jackson that the other parent has the right to know who that person or people are.

And so I had requested for will to let me know who was planning on being at Thanksgiving, who he planned to have him around.

And he gave me a list of names, which were the standard list of names.

I thought nothing of it, no red flags, nothing.

And after Jackson came home, I found out that his younger brothers, ex girlfriend, who was a part of the altercation at the lake, the weekend of July 4th.

That directly involved Jackson was at Thanksgiving.

And I don't want to say that will intentionally misled me.

I also don't want to say that he didn't intentionally mislead me based off of the other events that had transpired and how those events unfolded.

I would tend to lean towards he intentionally misled me didn't let me know because he knew it would be an issue.

There was a big issue with her trying to parent my child, other people's children, any child that I've ever known her to be around.

And it just became a big issue to me.
