McDonald. Lindsay McDonald, it's great to have you on the single track podcast. How are you doing today?

I'm doing good, fun. Thanks for having me. It's a pleasure to have you here. And I got to ask you a question

that is totally irrelevant to Cape Town First. And it's about fantasy free trail. I noticed that you

took top 10 in the picks for Havillina last month.

And that's pretty impressive, but also pretty hardcore because I know a lot of the people

that regularly top 10 in that and they're, they're encyclopedias.

So I got to ask, would you consider yourself to be sort of an ultra running nerd?

Yeah, I think I border on that nerd status.

I'm a stats person. I don't hold it too

closely, but I like to look at all of it and kind of let it percolate and then settle.

And then, yeah, it's a, it's a mix of stats and luck. So, yeah, it's, I mean, I guess it's

kind of like gambling, but it's fun for me.

I'm terrible at it, but I still participate.
