everybody congratulations on a documentary and a solo album that's i don't know if that's a

congratulations but what um thank you I appreciate it. I mean, let it die here. There's a lot of vulnerability, a lot of honesty in both bodies of work. So there's a congratulations involved there? Yeah, I know. I'm just... It's massive. First new music and solo music, really, in 25 years. Yeah, I don't know if that's a good thing, but yes, thank you.

So can you explain?

Why are you called now to make music?

Because there has to be a deeper reason.

You don't need it.

No, I mean, I always do music.

For you.

The call happened a long time ago when I was born. There's no rhyme or

reason. I think, you know, listen, I've been making music for other people and trying to be a good

mentor and try to get people to reach a little deeper. You know, I'm not, I don't consider myself a person to call if you want to hit.

Like, I'm not that girl.

But I am the person to call if you want some credibility and want to reach a little bit deeper.

That's kind of like where I really shine is.

I like the album tracks.

Those are the tracks that people are,

you know, not focusing on. And those album tracks are what really supports an album. You know,

you can get the, well, I guess nowadays people are just streaming. So, but I come from that

mentality of like, in order to have a great album, you need great album tracks, not just a great song. Can you explain to me this? One, we live in a world of, like, the album records, the things in between, they're kind of the lost art today. Yeah. And they do. There's just no money in it, right? Like, it's just become a different sort of game.

But can you explain to me how your process works when you're coming in?
