Yes. Why did you decide to write the latest book?

Well, that in itself is a whole show.

I wrote love cycles based on a class that I've been teaching for many, many years,

and lots of training I've done in all my years as a therapist.

And it was suggested to me that I write the workbook, that I put the workbook together

as a companion book to Love Cycles, my first book, and that I show people how to get

through these stages that I talked about in Love Cycles.

And so it started out as a workbook, but, you know, if, I don't know, if you've ever written

anything, but my experience in writing is that sometimes the book has a different idea

than what you thought it was going to be.

I started writing it as a workbook, and it actually has become its own book.

And certainly there are exercises, and there's lots of techniques in the book.

I talk about different issues and ways to get through them that are pretty tried and truly tested.
