you're still technically the uh the co-host right now yes i am the reason i say that by the way

is because we've got one of the old co-hosts of the show. He hasn't shown up in a while to pop in. It's Luis Scott Vargas. Luis, you're not back back, but you had a little extra time for us today. Yeah, yeah, I did. And after kind of a disastrous arena open for some of our co-hosts this weekend, I decided maybe you could use a little bit of insight into foundations.

Well, it's great to see you, Louise. How are things going on the home front?

Awesome. The twins just had a weigh in today, and they both have been gaining a good amount of weight, which is exactly what you want to see.

I have two, not as excited about that.

So it goes.
