What about Julie dog? Like, can she go outside when it's that cold? What actually happens when

you have a dog and they need to go outside in four degree weather or whatever, minus 15.

So we got a dog door and we watched her go out and she went a little too far into the yard and

was like struggling to get back. Oh, no. So what we did was cut the dog door and basically,

if she wanted to go out, she'd let us know. And after that incident, she just went right there

and went to the bathroom very close to the dog door and hustle back in. But she can't get outside

unless we know she's outside just so she doesn't like get trapped outside or get stuck or something.
