0:00.0 | What is up, everybody? Welcome to another episode of Limited Resources. This episode, number 625. My name is Marshall. I'm one of your limited resources and joining me online all the way from Denver, Colorado, fresh off of a holiday feast. |
0:29.9 | It's Luis Scott Vargas. So, Luis, how is Thanksgiving? |
0:32.8 | It was awesome. We got to see our friends that came over. We do a friend's giving every year here in Denver because basically all of us from Denver are kind of transplants, like we all moved here, in fact mostly because of me. |
0:47.8 | Yes, that's very true. |
0:51.0 | For various employment opportunities and whatnot, and so we end up having an awesome group of friends here, and no one has family here. And most people, when they decide between Thanksgiving and Christmas, they'll go home for Christmas. |
1:05.0 | It's even a little more complicated now. Some folks aren't really interested in traveling, you know, and all that. So, we end up having basically everyone kind of come over and we did a potluck style and had a great spread. A lot of fun. |
1:18.0 | It was a great kind of little holiday. And yeah, I just just up from a nap as a result of such things, of course. |
1:26.0 | Yes, yes, the recovery process is in effect. Yeah, I was in the car most of the day. I went up to my mom's, which is about an hour north of me and then down to my aunts, which is about an hour south. So, I spent a good chunk of time in the car, but of course, it's always good to be around family. |
1:39.0 | Thanks, giving to all of our US-based listeners and everybody else outside. Hopefully you have a great weekend, too. Okay. So this episode of the show, we're going to be talking about a bunch of Crimson Vow stuff. We're going to talk about the LR LOL showdown that we did a couple days ago, we're going to talk about maybe some fresh takes on the format. |
2:00.0 | We're going to do some thinking and some playing and have kind of come to some different conclusions and we'll even be doing the top five commons, at least as of now for each of the colors in Crimson Vow. |
2:12.0 | Before we get into that, let's mention our sponsor channel Fireball.com. Make sure you check out Channel Fireball this weekend. They've got this big Black Friday thing going on over at CFB. |
2:21.0 | And as of recording today, you get 20% sore credit back on all orders, but that lasts for a very limited window, so you're going to have to be listening to this nearly live, I think, to actually hit it. |
2:34.0 | But at any rate, as the holidays get into full swing, if you've got a magic player in your life, or maybe you've got a little extra holiday money in your pocket, Channel Fireball.com is a place to go. |
2:45.0 | To really get anything you need is you may know earlier this year, they switched over to a marketplace style where they actually are kind of an aggregator for a whole bunch of different shops that sell singles. |
2:58.0 | And that lets you have a bigger selection, and you can kind of get really needy gritty about what condition you want, what price you want to pay, that kind of stuff. |
3:06.0 | And they make it easy, one stop over at Channel Fireball.com. If you do end up getting anything over at CFB, if you'd use the affiliate code LR, I'd appreciate it. |
3:15.0 | It lets them know that we sent you over helps out the show, and I do thank you for doing so. |
3:19.0 | It shows also brought to you by FTX. That's right. They are the place to go for all of your digital assets. You might be asking yourself, well, why do I need digital assets? Well, the truth is you don't, at least not right now, but there are a lot of reasons to get into this space going forward. |
3:35.0 | And if you're interested in learning about it, checking it out, and maybe even doing some investing FTX is a great place to go. |
3:42.0 | They're regulated, and so that you know that they're safe. If you're in the US, it's FTX.US and outside is FTX.com. |
3:48.0 | And you can learn about cryptocurrencies. You can learn about NFTs and blockchain technology, and kind of where that whole thing is going. |
3:57.0 | It's still in its relatively early stages, and it can be a bit of a bumpy ride. |
