Hey. How you doing buddy? You were sick last week.

I was sick last week between the holiday, Thanksgiving holiday here in the US and

and me being quite ill for the first few days of the week it kind of just fell through

on Thursday so.

Yeah we had a big snowstorm and stuff it was crazy week.

Yes it was.

And then I got sick on the weekend. So yeah we've both been we've

both been pretty beat up of over the last week but we're both very happy to be back and doing the show again at least I am are you I am yeah

would not be no yeah i expected you to be i just wanted to give you the chance to uh...

So we have a bunch of cool stuff to cover here in our opener and in our main topic.

We're going to kind of keep it a little bit general just

because you know we had a week off so we're gonna get caught back up again we're

gonna talk about scars mainly about draft a little bit about sealed well, and just sort of observations.
