My name is Marshall. I'm going to be your co-host. Joining me today is Ryan.

Hey there. We are going to basically try to introduce ourselves on this one. We have some

content for later, but we really want to try to get through who we are, what we're trying

to do with the podcast.

So I'm going to start off with myself.

My name is Marshall.

I live in Seattle area, and I've been playing magic.

Well, I started playing around revised, but I stopped after about

Tempest. And then thanks to Ryan Ryan I started playing again just after

Lourwin Morning Tide. So right around Shadowmore Even Tide is when I started playing again. It's also when I first started taking limited magic seriously, which has become the thing that I'm most passionate about with magic, even though I like other facets of it and we will be

talking about other stuff but this podcast is going to be based on limited

magic as far as player type, there's the, what are they called Ryan?

Psychographics. The different psychographics that I think Mark Rosewater came up with. There's Timmy, Johnny, and

Spike. Ryan and I kind of mimic Ryan on this one and I consider myself a nuts and bolts

spike. Can you explain what that is, Ry? Yeah, you can Google it if you want to see the

rosewater article covering psychographics and googling nuts and bolts spike will find it for you. But nuts as well spike is a sub type of the

spike psychographic and the spike psychographic is a competitive player but there are many different types of

competitive players and the nuts and bolts and

and bolts spike as Mark Rosewater says here hold Nuts and Bolt spike focuses his energies on perfecting his own gameplay.

He believes that the ultimate key to victory is flawless play.
