Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on Talka Radio.

The sun is shining across the rooftops of London Town after an epic snowfall yesterday gave everyone a welcome respite from sitting in the house staring at the four walls, wondering what excuse to use for venturing out into the great outdoors.

We are stuck ladies and gentlemen within a prison, not of our own making.

Unable to travel,

unable to visit friends, unable to have people over for drinks or anything else, unable to send

our children to school, unable to go to work, unable to go to a gym or out for a swim, and generally

marooned in a sea of nothingness. It's awful, isn't it? Meanwhile, some children are going to

school, thousands of people are travelling, many families are happily waddling around in supermarket aisles and hordes are crowding onto public transport, as adverts tell us not to go out in case we kill people, despite assurances that millions of people might have COVID without knowing it because they don't have any symptoms.

It's a bit of a confusing picture, generally, isn't it?

There's a bit of more frustrating times to be alive?
