Rick Moranis' first job was selling programs at hockey games for $0.75 a pop.

I would do anything that I could to try and coax that $0.25 tip out of the $0.75.

To be able to get somebody to say, keep the change, which is really hard in Canada to get somebody to say, keep the change.

So I started doing stick.

You know, I started doing souvenir hot dogs, get your souvenir hot dogs, ice cold programs, hot Coca-Cola.

Who wants a hot Coca-Cola?

You know, stuff like that.

It wasn't working. I didn't make any money.

But we did get to stay for the games if there were empty seats.

It's Bullseye.

Coming up, Rick Moranis was a movie star.

Strange brew, ghost busters, space balls, honey-eye shrunk the kids, then he quit.

We'll talk about why he doesn't regret leaving show business to raise his kids.

I applied all my creativity to my home life, to my kids, to my family.

So when my kids came home, there was music and there were lights on and there were great smells coming out of the kitchen.

And it was just always a joyful place to be and that's what I wanted, that's what I wanted to create.

Then I'll talk with Lily Tomlin about her story, career.

She's been in comedy since the 60s.

She starts in Grace and Frankie now on Netflix.
