I deeply appreciate it and excited to share it of you guys because it's the first time I've done anything like this.

But the it was weird for me doing it in front of a live audience but I think it turned out great

there was lots of audience questions towards the end.

Audience members were asking each other questions as well, so it was a really fluid and

dynamic chat. So towards the last sort of 30 minutes of the podcast are the

audience questions. I have edited out their voices for anonymity as well as because they weren't miked up I couldn't really

hear their questions listening back so I couldn't include them anyway but so you'll

hear me cut in 30 minutes towards the end where I will read what I believe the audience question was.
