Yes, today we're talking again about Lil Tay, which I did not expect.

I thought this was going to be a one-off, but she's decided to threaten to sue me through Instagram DM.

Anyways, let me get into the situation for those of you who are unaware of what's going on. Now, I made a video about Lil Tay recently, and for those of you who don't know who she is, you can go and watch that video. She is a phenomenon on the internet, and she has been famous on social media for quite some time for her personality and her posts since she was a very

young child. And when she turned 18, she decided to start in OnlyFans. And that OnlyFans made a million

dollars in three hours, according to Lil Tay herself. Now, we spoke about that idea of being on

only fans at the ripe age of 18. We spoke about the men who are purchasing this content, what it means to make a million

dollars in three hours, whether or not it's worth it for young women to engage in this and call

this a career and make sex work an occupation for themselves as soon as they are able to do it.

And of course, you guys know my stance on that. And you can check out again the video if you

want to see the full discussion. But on August 5th, apparently, I got a DM from Lil Tate that I was unaware of, and I'll read it to you right now. It says, hi, your video contains false and defamatory claims about me and my family. You are using our names and images for clicks and profit, which is illegal.

Just so everybody knows, and I guess we'll respond to this in pieces, it is in fact not illegal to use the name or images of a public figure or a social media personality online in a video and to engage in commentary or even criticism of their actions.

And if you go and watch that video, I didn't really criticize Lil Tay all that much.

I do in fact believe, and this is my personal opinion, that she is the result of a lot of exploitation.
