weekend, four day weekend. Hope you guys have enjoyed the weekend. For the most part, this is a

Labor Day episode. And I am literally fresh off of spending time for the holiday with my family.

So I'm feeling like refreshed because you know like being around.

Look, we're checking in behind the scenes of the grind because it's been a minute since we've done that.

And y'all know I get bad at that.

I just like power through, power through, power through, power through.

Back on the grind. But I wanted to check in a day because being able to be home, disconnecting a little bit. I feel like Young Thug and Atlanta all over the internet this weekend with the leak jail calls and all those things. And we will get into that here. Not in this episode, but we will get into it. Kind of had me on my phones a bit, but, you know, I was trying to. I'm trying to learn how to be more present when I'm with, like, family and loved ones and all the things. This is tough, though, because in what I do, it's like, well, at least for me and how I like to do things and like to follow things, I like to watch what's going on as it's happening because I think, you know, at that point and in those instances, a lot of times you catch things that other people don't catch. Other outlets might not report. You know, it helps me develop story angles and ideas for when I can reach out. I did start reaching out to some people on some things today and I'm like, hey, sorry to interrupt your holiday but uh got a question but I am

feeling rejuvenated I'm feeling full I'm not feeling the most energetic like I cannot wait to just

get ready to go to bed and start the next day but I do feel full like you know anytime I can
