0:05.6	Seminary, but I'm on this call because I am a council member and a board member of the
0:12.2	Gospel Coalition. I've served on the council from the beginning, and I've been on the board
0:17.3	now for a number of years, and I'm the chairman of the governance committee of the
0:21.4	board, and it was my joy and privilege to serve as the chairman of the presidential search committee.
0:27.9	And so I get to introduce you to the new president of the gospel coalition, which gives my heart great joy.
0:36.2	And that new president of the Gospel Coalition is a
0:41.1	fellow board and council member. In fact, he chaired the committee on our board that gave
0:48.0	attention to TGC operations. And so I want to introduce you with great joy to my friend Mark

0:58.3	Well, I want to ask you about you because I want our TGC supporters and people that benefit
1:06.5	for the ministry of TGC to know about you. And let's just start with personal life. Could you tell us
1:14.3	just a little bit about some turning points in your life? Just share with us how the Lord has
1:23.8	worked in your life, in your walk with Christ, maybe point us to some people that have been
1:30.5	very significant, or there might be some hardships and sufferings that you would want to share
1:36.5	with us. Just talk with us a little bit about your personal experience. Yeah, glad to. You know,
1:41.6	I was so privileged to be raised in a Christian home with parents who love Jesus. And at an early age, I heard the gospel. And, uh, I'm glad to. You know, I was so privileged to be raised in a Christian home with parents who
1:44.4	loved Jesus. And at an early age, I heard the gospel. And there's a big woods behind our house.
1:50.2	And after hearing the gospel presentation so clearly and feeling a deep conviction of my own need
1:57.3	and a sense of God's drawing, I walked out into the woods, unconverted, and came back
2:03.6	converted. In those woods, I gave my heart and life to Jesus. And what's interesting is that in
