My name's Lila Kacim and I have just arrived outside Great British Bake-Off winner David

Averton's flat in South London and when I was watching the series I got to know David

is this very composed and quite meticulous figure but in the

interviews he did after he won it turns out that actually the David we saw on

TV is nothing like the real David off screen.

He's actually a bit of a hippie who walks around barefoot and eats with his hands and it's

this David I really want to get to know today and I want to

find out what sort of an impact winning something as huge as Bake-Off has on

someone's life. So here I am about to knock on his door. Oh, okay we're in.
