Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today, Monday, October the 17th. It's great, isn't it? The weekend

went by really quickly. And I thought it was fantastic. I had to do a few little bits of

paperwork. Well, I don't. I have to find the bits and then take them down to my brother,

who I thought he was working, but he wasn't working because he's not very well at the moment.

He's got this sort of dizziness kind of thing going on. So when he stands up, he gets dizzy.

It's like a vertigo kind of thing. But so I dumped a load of stuff off from him, things that I bought from Costco that I sort of buy, specifically with him and his wife in mind.

Chocolate. And I bought some of these chocolate things. They're like balls, like tennis balls.

And you put them in a cup of hot milk and it dissolves and turns into hot chocolate with marshmallows.
