Allie. What's up, everyone? Welcome into another episode of the Smart Moms Plan Disney podcast.

It's Allie, and I'm here today with Stacey and Carla. I love recording with the two of you.

I just feel like we've already been laughing before I even push record. And I'm so excited for this conversation today. How are you guys doing? Just full of sunshine like usual. I was going to say, Allie, do you say that to all the girls on the podcast? I don't know. I was feeling especially happy today. And then y'all didn't answer me. And I was like, I either froze on my Zoom or you don't agree and you're not having fun with me like I am you. No, we are. We're just a bunch of dummies here for some fun. Yeah. Honestly, it could have been either. I was, as I always am, and I've mentioned, you know, kind of at the time we like to record,

it's morning and I'm running from getting my kids out the door.

And I feel like any single thing will just throw a wrench in that.

So right now, my kids elementary school is participating in this tech-free day.

And my kids don't do a lot of tech anyway because they're involved in a lot of activities and

we're just on the go. And so even if they do have some tech in their life daily, it's, you know,

it's pretty minimal. But right now, we're just trying to find a stretch where, you know, we don't even

have 30 minutes of TV. Like I get why they're doing it. But it's just like a little bit of an added pressure and a little bit of a guilt trip. You know what I mean? I'm like, oh my gosh, should that 30 minutes that my son watches

TV a day, like, do I need to be now reading to him? Yeah. Yeah, I'm like, do I need to have a book

in my hand while I'm driving and be reading it to him while we're getting to our duty? activity. Wait a second. So what's the stipulation of this tech free day? Does this come home and you're

supposed to play tech free all day? Or is this just at school? Because I'm fine with it being at school.

But don't try to take the tablets away at home. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. But that's terrible.

Yeah, it's just a ticket. And it's just just one day and that's great. And like I said,

they don't have a lot anyway in their life. But I mean, my poor son last night, I walked in,

I was teaching dance. I walked into his little room where he is. And I had reminded him before.
