Tempe, what do you think of? The city in Arizona? Anyone? Well, it's lovely, but it's not what

we're talking about today. Instead, we are focused on the product made of fermented soybeans.

And if that word harkens images of barefoot hippies strumming ukuleles

and living in a VW bus down by the river, well, that makes sense. Tempe has long been the go-to
