Summary

After many requests, we decided to break-in the new studio to discuss Attachment Styles. We both took the quiz and were greatly surprised by the results. This was not an easy one to record, but was so cathartic. Watching it back, it is clear to see just how many *ah-ha* moments were had. This is a long boy of an episode, but we hope that the info in it will be something that brings you comfort on your healing journey! 0:21.0

Okay, is this better? We are in the new studio, but we try to move the set as accurately and

0:34.2

identically as humanly possible. And we do have Clickback. Mosby is here with us. Don't worry,

0:40.3

he will not be. He's still gonna be the mascot boy. He's such a good boy, the comfort dog. He is.

0:45.6

He's like doing fabulous here, which makes me feel like I need to get him out more often because I

0:52.1

think he, despite how young and sprightly he appears, he is an old man. He is eight years old,

0:58.8

seven. How many years have I ever married? I'll be married seven years since here. Yeah,

1:04.6

maybe. And yeah, so he's gonna be eight this year. And I think he's just had enough of

1:11.0

everyone's shit. He's like a puppy and toddler is absolutely not getting me out of here. Yeah, he's so

1:16.8

calm here. He feels very calm. Yes. So yeah, it's still again a work in progress. Here a little bit

1:26.0

of echoing. We still have some like soundproofing to do, but the alternative would be not recording at all.

1:32.3

So we're doing the best we can. We do have need this week. We have like two rugs. We've got some

1:38.4

curtains over here. We do still need to do curtains along the back. Shaders in the middle of doing

1:43.1

those. And I thought he was done with them. And so when I put the curtains up and they fell,

1:49.1

it was quite alarming. I need people to validate me in this. The movie Ghost Ship, the beginning of it,

1:56.6

with the freaking wire that that was happening. It snapped down. And immediately I was just like,

2:02.6

like, like, I had a memory that wasn't actually mine. It was from the movie and it terrified me. So

2:10.2

let me know that I'm not crazy in that you all still think about that movie too. I think I do know

2:14.8

what you're talking about, but I tried not to watch scary movies if I could avoid it. I never wanted to.

2:20.6

Every scary movie that I watched was against my will. It was like in a sleepover. I did not consent.

2:25.7

No, I did it. It was always had to sleep over. And they were like, if you don't watch this,

2:29.0

you're a freaking loser. And I was like, well, I guess I'm watching a rack of phobia at 10.
