Summary

In this episode, Kristee and Sierra take a tangent of their lemons and lemonade and run with it, having an honest and vulnerable conversation about how they're doing right now and what they've been feeling. From overcoming hustle culture habits, to getting over invested emotionally too early sometimes, to how to journal in a way that ACTUALLY makes you feel better rather than impress your future readers, they're opening up about this all and more. This week is all about honesty, self-reflection, and just having a real conversation about life and the challenges that we all face from time to time.
