We're going to talk about regrets. Regrets will weigh you down. You'll go forward and then think about the stuff you've done.

And a lot of times the stuff you did that you shouldn't have done is in your face.

Yeah, yeah, like divorce that don't ever go away.

You may have made a mistake before you came to the knowledge of the truth

and got a divorce, and man, that's a scar on your resume that won't ever go away.

Yeah, you didn't know, but still, you think about it, you just regret it.

Well, it don't have to be that it could be eating that last piece of cake I've just played but you can have

them and then go to the doctor amen signs of stroke happened and you regret it or you could have um children out of wetline

you love your children but you wish that you had their father there or their mother there

that's a regret and that's a regret that cries and make noises so it don't ever go away

can i you're scared you're scared to

deal with it it's real regret I mean if you look at somebody saying regret is real regret is real so

if you if you don't deal with it it won't go away i mean well it the regret won't go away if you

don't deal with it and so you have to know how to deal with regret so you can lighten your load

because you don't need to be carrying regret and shame all the time ames don't want to go around certain

people don't want to go back to your old church and visit because of what you did.
