0:14.1	Today I'll be reading Matthew 513-16. You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste,
0:22.6	how shall it saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and
0:29.3	trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
0:36.4	Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all
0:42.1	in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works
0:48.8	and give glory to your father who is in heaven. This is the Word of the Lord.

1:28.7	630. Really, what we're doing at encounters, we're creating space to praise the Lord, to sit in
1:35.6	His presence and then to practice those things He reveals to us. I want to lay out tonight just a
1:43.2	little bit of my vision for it over the next year. That's going to be based out of Acts 1, 8,
1:48.8	where Jesus tells His disciples, and you will receive power. It's this idea that there is available
1:55.5	to you and I, a power, a vitality, a force within us that moves us from being good moral people who
2:06.2	maybe even are saved and come to church occasionally and they're doing the best they can,
2:11.3	becoming more and more moral by the strength of their might. That's a, man, you want to do that,
