times feeling like I'm not qualified in the role or not feeling confident enough in decisions I'm

making, second guessing, myself a lot, just kind of feeling out of place from the title that I have.

You know what I mean? And so that causes me some, a little bit of anxiety. I think one of the

biggest parts of this role that I didn't realize coming into it is in this role executive director

or if you're like a CEO or if you're, you know, a VP of whatever, any big, you know, big title or

people that I'm trying to do. Yes. Is the like decision making overload?

Yeah. I am constantly, I'm the final say on like everything and it's like a balance of like

trying to empower the people who work with you to, you know, make decisions on their own.

But also because it's like, Dorsen is my thing. I'm the leader, whatever.

There are things that they're like, but we need your final say.

Like I sometimes don't feel comfortable making that decision, we need your final say.

And that is very exhausting. Like having to make decisions all of the time and then half of the time,

you don't even know if they're making is the right one. Yeah. Yeah.

So that brings me, that definitely brings me stress and it's something I just like didn't,

you don't realize we need to step into a role like this or any job he moved from manager to director

for that movement is more people reporting to you and more decisions that you have to make.
