oh my God, my phone, Friday, September 18th, I'm really sorry that the podcast has gone up so late today

um as I told you guys like on the podcast Instagram which is just at extra dynamic podcast that's where I

put any updates about like the times or whatever that I'm going to post the podcast yeah you guys know

that I completely forgot to record it I was going to record it this morning and like last night I was like oh my god I forgot to record it yesterday and this morning I was like oh my god I forgot to record it. I was going to record it this morning. And like last night, I was like, oh my God, I forgot to record it yesterday. And this morning, I was like, oh, my God, I forgot to record it this morning. So it's going up a little bit later in the day. But hopefully you guys don't mind. I've been having a really rough week. As some of you guys know, if you've been keeping up on my regular Instagram, which is just a a Ashley K yeah as as I'm speaking

there's literally just like stuff dripping out of my nose so don't mind me if I have to like

constantly hopefully not constantly go like this I'm gonna really try not to do that

because I that would just be annoying but yeah there's so much ointment up my nose and it's just like the ointment

it's like fine at first but then like it starts melting in my nose and it's just like dripping everywhere

but i got to do it to try to keep my nose as healed as possible so that has definitely been a little

interesting this week um i haven't talked about it i think maybe i did actually talk about in my last

podcast i cannot keep track of

what I say anymore, but I realized that there's literally a hole in my nose. And I was like, bro,

I, uh, it's just so bad. So I was looking at my nose. I realized that there was a hole in my nose.

And you guys can go through it and see my whole nose journey and even see pictures of the hole that's in my nose.

And I was just like stressing so bad over that my parents were like

kind of sad because they just wanted my surgery to go well and it just sucks to have all of their

kids be like hitting their faces and stuff like Andrew breaking his nose that my mom is just

stressed out to the extreme because of that um and then my nose just not healing properly after my surgery.
