chit-chat in with you guys today. Today I just wanted to do a little bit of a life

update like nothing major just kind of talk about what's going on you know actually it is August 5th, so we're gonna fast track this episode. It's gonna go live on August 6. We had a little bit of a hicup in our recording software

She bang a whole long episode for you guys and apparently like the audio cut out and I do not have it in me today to record the entire thing so I figured I would just get on here and give you a quick little life update and all of the things.

So basically it is the first Monday of August.

We are ready to take some major action this month and achieve some really year ahead. So let's go and have ourselves an amazing week, month, year, rest of the year ahead.

So let's see. So two weeks ago I got a text at like 7 or 8 p.m. at night if I wanted to go to Paris two days later for opening ceremony for the Olympics and also to celebrate the

brand Setafil and you know what I had never been a France I'd never been to Paris so I was like let's

freaking go I went with my sister and it was amazing we had so so much fun. I have never been to France before so it has always

been like on the bucket list of mine to go see the Eiffel Tower and see the Arc to Triumph and the Louve and like all of that and it was so beautiful.
