Okay, first of all, before we get into anything, I have to say my biggest thank you because

we just hit 100,000 total podcast downloads, which is

wild to me because I didn't know what I was doing when I started this podcast, which I think a lot

of podcast creators will tell you. Like you have a general idea of some of the things you can talk

about, but it's more of like a let's just go for it type of thing. And that's really what I did. I asked for a podcast microphone for Christmas for my parents last year. They got me one. And I just sat down and recorded like three episodes in one night, press publish. And I just had no idea it was going to become what it has become. And it's been so exciting. And it's thanks to all of you. So something I want you to take from that is if you feel a little spark of anything, like, ooh, you know what, that could be fun. You don't have to have it all figured out right now, which is a little hinty hint at what this episode is going to be about. The trick is to trust that little spark, that little voice that says,

hey, I actually think this could be fun. I think this could be something that I'm good at.

And that doesn't mean that you're going to do it for the rest of your life, but you could do it

for a good few years, make a massive impact, and maybe it'll lead to something else.

So the topic of today's episode is the unfolding process. And this is a life

philosophy that I think applies to all of our personal lives, all of our careers. I first really
