| 1:40.0 | And that is with respect to election interference in the January 6th issue, which prosecutor will file charges first against Donald Trump. |
| 1:48.0 | Fawney Willis who is the district attorney in Fulham County, Georgia with respect to election interference that she is alleging we believe in connection with the Georgia election or Jackson Smith, a special counsel at the Department of Justice. |
| 2:00.0 | So if you would ask this question some time ago, I would have answered well, I think it's almost certain that Willis would go first because she had a head start in the investigation. |
| 2:08.0 | She was putting witnesses into the grand jury. There was a special grand jury convened as you may recall in Georgia that made the recommendation to bring actual felony charges with respect to election interference in Georgia. |

If you're a regular listener to the podcast, you know that I enjoys Vance and others have wondered why it was the case that the Department of Justice didn't seem to be doing a lot with respect to Donald Trump and his immediate orbit when they were investigating the January 6th insurrection. |
