No, but first of all, I just wanted to thank you for having me on I think that as a

coach yourself for first responders it's awesome to see coaches that don't see

each other as competition and really learn from each other and that we really are stronger together and you know out here just to help people so they I appreciate that

But as far as yeah as far as as far as me I am currently a first responder wellness coach and

specialist but it was quite a journey to get here. I started my law enforcement career when I was just 19 years old.

I did a couple years of undercover online investigations, catching perves online, and did that like as an auxiliary.

While I was getting my undergrad I went through the academy and then I started as a

deputy sheriff two days after I got my degree and did that for a while had a few different positions just kind of working my way up through court security and prisoner transport and then I was finally on road patrol and I did some
