What is spirituality?

It's a concern with the non-material aspects of life the human heart and emotions certainly

but connection to something greater than ourselves transcendence the the quest to bring ever greater

love the qualities of the divine that we all have within us, that I would say,

some people might say in a more secular sense, they might say positive character traits.

But from my perspective, those are spiritual qualities, kindness, humility, honesty, compassion,

love, service.

These are the qualities that we love in other people, right?

Determination.

We love these qualities, but there are qualities of God,

they're qualities that we see in the very best of people.

So the focus on connection, transcendence, divine qualities, this is what it is to be
