Most people put up the charts of hurricanes and floods and they go up.

What they don't often put up are charts of the number of people who die from catastrophes,

the amount of losses as a proportion of GDP or output, anything

where you actually put a denominator on those statistics tend to look like that.

Human beings have been fantastic at adapting to change,

adapting to climate emergencies,

and we will continue to do so.

Tobes, I think the main agenda,

the main items on the agenda this week

is to patch up mommy and daddy's collapsing marriage.

Because I think last week's episode was an absolute nardir of London calling and I think we need to get it right otherwise we're just

gonna I'm just gonna give up. Well people said to me that listen to it that that they thought that you know relations had reached you know an all-time low between this.

But nonetheless, they thought it was very entertaining to listen to us having our kind of domestic spat.

But it might be entertaining for a few kind of sadistic tossers, but I mean like I'm sure that

the gladiators as they got eaten by lions gave great entertainment, but it's not very nice for the people

being eaten by the lions is it I'm not sure who's who's the who's the lion in

this scenario who's a gladioer but but I mean you know I things escalated today when I turned to your excellent skeptic website to find that that that one of my one of my

podcasts had been had been drawn to shreds by one of your your writers.
