Summary

Today, our first letter comes from R. Lon in Grandville, MI: R. Lon reflects on how much of his growth has come through struggle and asks: is suffering necessary for transformation? He's seeking a way to guide others toward growth without glorifying pain—and a grounding practice to navigate life's hardest seasons.

Our next letter comes from Darla: Darla has always believed in a loving, all-encompassing God—but recent conversations and a startling personal experience have left her questioning the nature of evil. She asks for clarity on whether "demonic" forces are real, or simply expressions of misaligned energy.

Next, Michael leads a guided meditation.
