Mark, how are things on the East Coast?

Not as hot as they are where you are in the desert of Scottsdale, but it's pretty darn hot here.

The heat index has been over 100 most of the week.

Wow.

Well, and you've got a little community out there.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah, it's not a dry heat here.

Well, even the dry heat and speaking of dry, we got a little like dusting of rain over the weekend.

I mean, literally it was like negligible.

We haven't just not had any.

And I'm wondering if August is going to bring, they call them the monsoon storms out here, where we get dust storms and those big things that make the news where it looks like the big brown cloud is engulfing the city.

They call those haboobs if they're, and that's literally the term.

I don't know. We'll see what that brings. But yeah, it's been a scorcher. It's been a warm one for sure.

So I hope everyone is staying hydrated wherever they're at.
