It started as an idea out of what some would call desperation.

Jackie came home to me after I have complained for a long time not being able to see kids and spend quality time with family.

And she said, well, let's just sell everything and buy a bus.

And that idea grew into a dream that some would say was outrageous.

RVs are a funny thing.

Everybody has a different purpose for what they're going to use it for.

And so you have to find pretty much what we had to do is find out what worked for us

based on what we were going to do.

And that was basically travel four times a year and stay two or three or four months in each place.

When the time came, the courage came to live life on their own terms.

We opened our house up on one of our garage sales and sold. People came in and

bought everything off the walls and curtains and furniture, everything. They made new lifelong

friends. There are some people that you just totally connect with like you've always known them.

And it's funny how that happens. I mean, i never thought about it until we went out on the

road and did this but in the first park there were several couples there that we just connected with

right away they were full-time RV people doing the same thing that we were doing only for different

reasons and became closer than they ever thought they could be i had read on on a couple of the Arvary forums that some people were having very much increased

relationships with their spouse when they were out doing this.

And I thought, you know, that would be kind of cool, but it really happens and it's amazing.

We're having a ball.

Yeah. and it's amazing. We're having a ball. Mm-hmm. Your job with the airlines was very stressful, would you say?
