Hey guys, welcome back to my solo road.

It feels good and clean and lucky to be talking to you from a house for once.

I have been on the road now in the desert and then in the mountains for like 10 weeks roughly. I've been feeling dirty and gross and I now have a

shower and I even have a bathtub and a big refrigerator that I can hold more food than like you know a week or a week and a half like I'm used to

Usually van life doesn't really get to me at all I can stay on the road for months at a time and not be bothered at all

But for some reason with everything going on in the locations where I was, you know, I'm trying to stay places that were safe and close to a bigger town and all of these things. For whatever reason, it was just starting to really get to me.

I think the shower thing was a big deal.

Obviously all of the gyms are closed,

so that is where everyone in vans,

that's where we clean ourselves, that is our showers,

and just feeling this like

indefinite sense of being nasty like you wake up dirty you go to bed dirty

and after a while it starts to kind of get to your mindset and your mentality a little bit.

So yeah, I'm pretty happy to be sitting in a chair in a very nice house on the coast of Oregon,

which is beautiful. There's like a little beach behind the house. It is amazing and yeah. I just feel calm I feel a little bit more collected than usual

Pearl is on my lap being cute like always and yeah so one announcement I wanted to make before jumping into today's episode.

I spoke a little bit about having a van gathering this September in Hanksville, Utah.

We are calling it the Road Trip Rally.

And unfortunately, Katie and I have been talking a lot.

She is going to be my co-host for the gathering.

And we've just been talking talking and we just don't think
